Using this site means you accept these terms. They are short because a campaign website does not need forty pages of fine print.

What this site is
This is the campaign website for Jake Browne, candidate for Denver City Council At-Large. It is paid for by the campaign and it exists to tell you what we are doing and let you take part.
Notes and requests
Sending a note about your block is a request, not an order form. We choose work the campaign can actually finish and we tell you before anything happens. Submitting the form does not create any obligation on either side, and it does not make you a client, employee, or agent of the campaign.
Using our content
The words, images, and design on this site belong to the campaign unless credited otherwise. Share them for personal, non-commercial purposes all you want. Do not use them to impersonate the campaign or to mislead people about what we said.
What you agree not to do
Do not submit false information, scrape the site, probe or overload it, or use our forms to spam us. We remove abusive submissions and block repeat offenders.
Other people's sites
We link out to services we use, like ActBlue for donations. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees, and the campaign is not liable for damages arising from your use of it to the fullest extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
